Please call your insurance company prior to the initial session to learn about your individual copay/deductible/coverage; every plan is different. Your payment is due at the time of the session. We submit claims to insurance on your behalf.
Payment is collected at the end of each session. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
You may choose to fill out our credit card form for us to keep your payment information on file.
